methods as a manager, project leader and as an outside consultant and
excels at the hands on approach. He founded the company in 2002 to support
local businesses in their bid to improve processes and people. He often invites potential customers to call or visit with past clients as they are the best advocates of his approach.
John has worked as an engineer and project manager in diverse industries from Aerospace to clothing for fifteen years. He has international experience with companies such as Boeing in the USA and his fine analytical approach often helps customers discover the real cost drivers in their business.
Des has thirty years of experience as a Plant Manager and TPM expert and specialises in Quality and Productivity improvements. He communicates well with all levels of management from MD to the shop floor and enjoys the challenge of training and implementing new methods of production.
Michael is a Six-Sigma Master Agent with a stunning track record of achievement. A superb motivator who leads teams of managers and shop floor people with equal ease to levels of success that have to be witnessed to be believed. He has worked his way up from the shop floor so has practical experience to back up his methods of improvement.
